The WITGOS company has been operating on the market continuously since 1994. Our plant is located in Miłki in Masuria, in the Green Lungs of Poland. We deal in floorboards. We offer you a wide variety of products with the characteristics indicated in the summary table.
We treat each order individually — you are free to decide on the type of wood, class, width as well as the method and color of finishing — so that the floor perfectly matches your dream interior design.
Selekt — natural color and structure of wood, any grain arrangement, small knots up to 10 mm, no clearly marked discolorations, no cracks. This class is characterized by an elegant, dignified and minimalist appearance, and the floors create the most uniform, harmonious surface. Due to its relative rarity in nature, it is the most expensive selection available.
Natur — any grain arrangement, small knots up to 25 mm (open, cracked knots and small cracks are filled with putty), slight discoloration and color differences. Thanks to more natural wood features, such as knots and rings, the appearance is more varied, with a diversified structure, emphasizing the non-uniform character of the wood.
Rustik — any grain pattern, a larger number of knots with a larger diameter — up to 50 mm, cracks (all gaps are filled with putty), possible discoloration, appearing on the boards with varying intensity. Color variations and irregular structure enhance the rustic look of the floor.
We offer oak boards in Selekt, Natur and Rustik qualities and ash boards — Selekt and Rustik.
Non-bevelled board: edges are cut at a 90-degree angle. The boards connect to create a uniform surface.
Bevelled board: having edges cut at an angle. The bevel highlights the shape of individual elements and masks the effects of wood work. The board can be beveled on both sides — along the length, or on four sides — along the length and width.
Unbrushed board: smooth
Brushed board: brushing removes soft fragments of the top layer of wood, highlighting the grain of the board, which gives it an aged, natural look.
Oiling the floor emphasizes the natural beauty of the wood — it highlights the structure, deepens the color, makes the grain visible and emphasizes the unique character of the wood. The oil, penetrating deep into the structure of the board, highlights all its advantages and at the same time protects it from the inside and outside. The floor finished in this way is pleasant to the touch and thanks to its antistatic properties, it does not attract dust and does not cause allergies. What’s more, such a floor can be maintained and repaired locally — just cover the damaged part of the surface with a layer of specialized oil.
Our floorboards are protected with Rubio® Monocoat or OSMO oils. These products:
We offer you a floorboard:
Three-layer (approx. 14 mm or approx. 15 mm):
Dedicated to rooms with underfloor heating; thanks to the perpendicular gluing of the layers, they conduct heat better, are insensitive to frequent changes in temperature and humidity levels, and do not lose their original shape. It is made entirely of natural wood, this solution is environmentally friendly and especially recommended for allergy sufferers.
Two-layer (approx. 14 mm or approx. 15 mm):
A two-layer board is harder and more stable. Dedicated to rooms with high traffic intensity, it is often used in halls. It has very good acoustic properties, effectively suppressing all sounds of footsteps, moving furniture, etc.
Board installation system: tongue and groove.
